How do I place an Order?

Simply add whichever products have taken your fancy to the cart and complete checkout.  Simple as that!  Any special offers discount codes can be added at checkout!

Payments and Shipping

We are typically at Kidderminster market on Saturdays and Cannock on Fridays.  If you'd like to place an order and collect from us on the stall that's mighty fine with us!

​Otherwise, orders will be sent out via Royal Mail within 2 business days.  There have only been a couple of times when Royal Mail was overwhelmed (COVID 2020-1), otherwise they're pretty reliable, and we'd like to think we are too!  We like to work quickly to keep our customers pleased.

Returns and Refunds

Our customers have the right to cancel their online orders within 14 days of receiving their goods.  Should you feel the need to cancel, please email us at krushcosmetix@gmail.com.  You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us at 35 Sannders Crescent, Tipton DY4 7NT.  Unless you were sent the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return postage to us.  Be sure to send the item(s) via a tracked method in order to avoid any 'lost in the post' scenarios.

​Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund your original payment method in 7-10 days.  

Due to the nature of the product, we will only accept returns of unused wax, in its original packaging, in its original condition. 

At the end of the day, happy customers keep us in business and we want you satisfied with your purchase :)

 

Just a little note on wax melt and burner safety:

  • ONLY use one melt in your burner at once.

  • Cut Melt to size if well of burner is small.

  • Place burner on a steady and heatproof surface.

  • Keep burner away from children and pets.

  • Ensure only ONE regular size tea light is used...not an 8 hr tealight

  • DO NOT use scented tea lights or larger size and do not use multiple tealights

  • Keep burnesr away from flammable materials including blinds, curtains ect.

  • DO NOT place burner in a draughty area.

  • Regularly check your burner for damage, discontinue use if damaged. Check for cracks in the surface.  Burners don't last forever, if they show wear, it's time to replace them. 

  • Do not leave unattended.

  • Do not keep burner lit for any more than 2.5 hours.

  • We recommend using an Electric Burner.

  • Do not move burner whilst wax is hot.

  • Remove wax once the scent throw has gone, simply melt wax for a few short minutes whilst and allowing it to cool to a warm temperature, place cotton wool into the well and soak the wax up. Alternatively you can leave the wax to solidify and gently push the wax out.
